    Clean and friendly staff. Little English spoken. Metro orange bus 3 mins away to Namik Mandi. Tuk Tuk 300 rupees. Hotel a little noisy as situated on Grand Trunk Road. Overall for price .. value for money. Hotel on 5th floor.. last day lift was out of order.

    The hotel charged more than what it was worth, but the facilities did not match the price at all. Everything was in old and poor condition. The washroom was in terrible shape — the shower was broken and rusted shut, and the taps didn’t work properly. There was no cleanliness at all. We were a couple but were given only one towel, and just a tiny shampoo sachet was provided. For the price we paid, the place was not worth it. Even a 2000-rupee stay at a basic Qissa Khwani hotel would have been better. But Staff Are very friendly and helpful. The owner of hotel must Modify The Hotel Conditions
