    Booked this hotel based on the great reviews, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. It did not feel like value for money. While the bed linen was clean, the floor carpet was smelly and in poor condition. The bathroom was another letdown — the shower had no curtain or cubicle, so the water flooded the entire area, making it feel outdated, more like a washroom from the 90s. On the positive side, the staff were excellent, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. However, the overall system and management definitely need improvement. With better upkeep and facilities, this place could live up to the good reviews, but as it stands, it wasn’t worth the price.
