    To be honest I have never been to any horrible hotel in my life till I checked in this hotel which started with a very complicated check in process . After they asked an IC copy and all the very security procedures I found out that the hotel is above car tier shop and there were no lift . After that I came inside the lovel 2 which was dark as most of the lights were burned and I had to use my phone flash to unlock the double locks door . The big surprise was waiting for me inside when I found out the the room window can’t be opened + dirty toilet with no sink water + very dirty walls & no enough bright lights + the shared door between my room and next door … etc . So, I’m very sorry to say ( this hotel should be closed by the state operators because it doesn’t reflect a good face for Kedah state .
