    Near farious foods, store, transportation. Good location No lift so lifting your luggages into the upstairs. Too little water debit shower and hot water

    The location is okay, with lots of shops and stalls downstairs along Petaling Street, and it’s also close to Central Market. However, it felt a bit unsafe if you’re travelling alone, especially at night. The self check-in process was easy and convenient. However, there is no lift, so carrying luggage upstairs can be quite difficult. I wouldn’t recommend this place for elderly people or families with babies. The hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay, so the walk to the room felt quite dusty, and even the self check-in kiosk was dusty. Hopefully this is only temporary due to the renovation. The hotel is quite noisy as it is located right in the middle of the city. The room also had no window, the water pressure was very low, and the toilet had drainage issues and tended to flood. For the price, I feel it was quite expensive considering the overall condition and facilities. Luckily, we only stayed for one night. For me, I wouldn’t stay here again.
