It was a wonderful stay we had in this hotel with my family with teo daughters, the manger and all staff are very good. And this is a island with lot of locals , there are resturants and only two big hotels one is this hotel and the h78 next to this hotel. Amazing sea view rooms . Good resturant at the ground floor. Not super luxury hotel. But in this island it is one of the biggest hotel out of two high rise hotels. Sea view with balcony rooms are the best . These two hotel have the best sea view.

We were looking forward to a relaxing holiday, but unfortunately our experience did not match the price we paid. The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, which was the only real highlight of our stay. Everything else felt excessively overpriced. We were either required to pay in US dollars or were charged at an exchange rate of 19, which made everything even more expensive. The restaurant food was average at best, yet the prices were far too high for the quality and portions. We also requested a late check-out, but were told it would cost MVR 100 per hour. What was disappointing was the lack of flexibility or goodwill shown, especially towards local guests. When we mentioned that not every hotel charges for late check-out, the staff insisted that all hotels do, which simply isn't true. We also paid for the breakfast buffet, but the selection was very limited and the quality was underwhelming. It certainly did not justify the price. As locals, this experience was particularly disappointing. We choose to spend our holidays at local resorts to support the tourism industry and to experience the hospitality our country is known for. Instead, we felt that there was little consideration for local guests, and the overall experience did not reflect the warmth or value we had hoped for. We take these short holidays to relax and enjoy a well-earned break, but this stay left us feeling disappointed. While the room was good, the poor value for money, excessive pricing, and lack of customer-focused service meant we left dissatisfied. I hope the hotel reviews its pricing and service standards, as the current experience does not reflect the premium rates being charged.
