We visited Taj Maldives for our honeymoon and had the most memorable stay. The hospitality here stands out — warm, gentle and attentive throughout. Special mentions to: • Puvanan – the sweetest and most enthusiastic intern at the restaurant. • Imali – always smiling with great recommendations tailored to our tastes. • Abigail – kind and welcoming at the bar restaurant. • Rana – the senior-most staff we met, witty and charming, and served us one of the best local fish grills I’ll remember for a long time. The property offers unreal views and endless photo-worthy spots. Highly recommend choosing a water villa — waking up to the ocean and snorkelling right from the deck was surreal. Also, don’t miss the spa and the Sandbank Beach tour — both are must-do experiences. A truly magical honeymoon stay. Would love to return someday

We had an excellent trip at the Taj Coral Reef Resort from the very start. The service was a real highlight of our stay. Zaki was incredibly helpful, accommodating our request for an early check-in and arranging a late check-out (it's worth noting the late check-out was a paid service). The exceptional service continued at the restaurants. Krishna was super nice and managed to get us a table even when we didn't have a prior reservation, which we really appreciated. On the all-inclusive plan, Shehan was so helpful and friendly, always making sure we were well taken care of. The resort itself is small, intimate, and kept very clean. We loved the quiet beach, which was perfect for relaxing. There are some activities to do, but it does get very quiet at night, so don't expect a lot of nightlife. We stayed in a Superior Villa. While it was comfortable, the outside space was shared with neighbors. We did notice that the Deluxe Villas appeared to have a little more space, which might be something to consider when booking. Overall, it was a wonderful and peaceful getaway, made truly special by the amazing staff.
