    슈페리어 오션뷰. 방도 넓고, 침대도 편하고, 침구류도 깨끗합니다. 몇가지 별로 였던점을 쓰자면: 바닥이 마루바닥인데, 의자와 테이블에 소음방지 스티커를 붙였으면 더 좋았겠다 라고 생각했습니다. 호텔 지을때 왜 층간 소음은 염두에 두지 않았는지 궁금해질 정도로 윗층에서 발꿈치로 걷는 소리, 캐리어 놓는 소리, 그리고 의자/테이블 끄는 소리 등, 하다 못해 옆방 화장실 환풍기 소리까지.. 이 퀄리티 호텔이면 층/방 간의 소음에 더 신경을 썻어야 한다고 느꼇습니다. 아니면 아예 복도처럼 카펫으로 깔았다면 덜 시끄러울건데. 화장실 환풍기는 어찌나 시끄러운지, 또 타일로 도배를 해서 엄청 울리고, 샤워실도 마찬가지.. 깔끔하고 모던해서 좋은데, 소음처리가 아주 미흡한 인테리어가 아닌가 합니다. 체크인 시간은 어떤 조건에도 15시로 명확하게 규정을 해놓았습니다. 불평은 없지만 얼리체크인 옵션이 있다면 좋겠다 라고 느꼈습니다. 이름은 모르지만 체크인 할때 남자분 응대 방식이 아주 많이 딱딱했습니다. 먼저 인사해도 대답도 없고, 친절은 고사하고 그냥 로봇이랑 대화하는 느낌. 3성급 호텔이면 고객 응대를 좀 교육하지 않나? 하는 의문도 좀 들고. 근데 체크아웃할때 도와주신 분은 아주 친절했습니다. 조용한 주중에나 와서 쉬다가면 좋은 호텔인것 같습니다. 사람 많은 주말이나 공휴일은 시끄러울거 같은 느낌이 많이 듭니다.

    The room was clean and well organized, and the bedding was in excellent condition. The rooftop pool was well maintained with clean water, making it pleasant to use, though the shower pressure in the pool’s shower room was somewhat weak and a bit inconvenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, making the overall stay a very satisfying experience.
