Great location, right next to the water park and a big shopping mall. We didn't get to use the kids cafe this time but next time we'll definitely use it. Great room with its cleanness. We borrowed a wheel chair and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was fine. A lovely atmosphere overall. Good for any ages.

I stayed at Lotte Resort Gimhae for 3 days and 2 nights. While the overall stay was acceptable, the experience did not meet expectations given the price. There were several issues with the room that affected comfort and safety. The secondary door lock was loose and coming off the screws, which raised security concerns. Additionally, the room temperature was consistently warm, with little to no effective control over the air conditioning. On the final night, the electrical outlets on one side of the room stopped working, including the bathroom outlet that powers the bidet and the outlet used for a hair dryer. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects a lack of basic maintenance. Another disappointing point was that the washer and dryer were not complimentary, which is surprising given that many other high-end hotels include laundry facilities at no additional cost. For a resort at this price level, this felt like an unnecessary extra expense. Although the resort appears clean and modern, the overall experience felt more like a high-end Airbnb with noticeable maintenance and amenity shortcomings rather than a true luxury resort. For the cost, a higher standard of upkeep and guest convenience is expected. I would consider returning only if these issues are addressed or if the pricing more accurately reflects the level of service and amenities provided.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located next to the water park and mall. The water park was not open because we went in the spring so the hotel pools were definitely a highlight for our kids. They have a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and kids splash pool with a view as well as an indoor pool. They were clean and well managed. The employees were kind, and the locker rooms are gorgeous. I do feel like they do nickle and dime you a little bit here though. (Everything costs extra) Even though we really enjoyed the pool, we felt it was quite expensive to stay here then have to pay such a hefty extra fee to swim here. The Breakfast buffet is also nice but cost extra and you have to book a spot for the buffet in advance.

Nice and reasonable price for staying with family. I will visit again Lotte hotel Kimhae if I need to visit Kimhae again.
