All in all, i think this place is not for families with kids. And thata because a) theres no elevator, and b) most rooms have no private bathroom, theres a shared bathroom on each floor. And the funny part is, it doesnt say so in the ad when we booked the room. I just found out after I already booked it. But the shared bathroom was clean, and stocked with toiletries. The room was clean too. Dont expect too much though. Theres no closet, theres no fridge. And again, theres no elevator. I had to carry 4 pieces of luggage up the stairs to our room. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor only.
Ok, now for the pros. Hotel manager was super nice. During our stay, she can easily be messaged if theres a problem and she will immmediately fix it. Theres a language barrier though but its not that big a deal.
The hotel location is good. Many restaurants available just a few steps from the hotel entrance. Convenient stores, a laundry shop, the subway, all of these just a few minutes away. We especially like the restaurant called Jonathans very near the hotel.
And the best thing about the hotel location is that its in the center of Ueno, Akihabara, and Asakusa, just a few kilometers away from those three places.
This is a good hotel to stay at, but its not for the picky. We actually liked it though.

โรงแรมนี้ไม่มีลิฟต์ ใครที่แบกกระเป๋าหนักมากต้องคิดดีๆ เผื่อได้ชั้นบนๆ โชคดีเราได้ชั้น 2 ซึ่งมีห้องน้ำรวมอยู่ 1 ห้อง และห้องนอนอีก 3 ห้อง ห้องน้ำจะแบ่งเป็นห้องสวมเล็กๆ 1 ห้องแยกกับห้องอาบน้ำ ซึ่งในห้องอาบน้ำก็จะมีอ่าง ที่วางของ ไดร์ ถังขยะ ตู้กดน้ำ และห้องอาบน้ำแบบฝักบัว ไม่มีอ่างแช่น้ำ มีแชมพู ครีมนวด สบู่ โฟมล้างหน้า ครบ รวมถึงพวกแปรงสีฟัน มีแก้วน้ำด้วย แต่ต้องล้างดีๆ เพราะไม่รู้ว่าใครใช้กับเราบ้าง ถ้าเจอคนมาพักสะอาดก็โชคดีไป แต่ถ้าเจอคนซกมกก็แล้วแต่โชค

การเดินทางไปสถานี Shin-Okachimachi ประมาณ 2 นาทีสำหรับคนใช้ Metro แต่ถ้าจะไป JR Okachimachi จะประมาณ 15 นาที ประตูโรงแรมไม่ล็อค แต่จะมีรหัสประตูเข้าห้องแต่ละห้อง

ตอนเช้าจะมีคุณน้าผู้หญิงผมสั้น แต่งตัวเท่ๆ คอยบริการ เขาจะช่วยยกของ แต่จริงๆ เค้าน่าจะมีอายุแล้วก็เลยบอกว่าจะยกเอง ถ้าให้แนะนำ เอามาหนักก็บริการตัวเองดีกว่า

ห้องนอนเล็ก ใครพัก 2 คนพร้อมกระเป๋าแบบเปิด 2 ฝั่งลำบาก เพราะไม่มีที่ แต่บรรยากาศอบอุ่นดี ห้องไม่สกปรก มีรองเท้าลำลองให้ มีชุดนอนให้ด้วย ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดห้องให้ หากพักยาวต้องถามที่พักอีกทีว่าบริการทำความสะอาดไหม

ใครที่มาพักค้างแรมไม่กี่คืน แนะนำ งบน้อย แต่ดีมาก ไม่แย่เลย

w/ veranda, nice room very homey. no lift, near bus station & train station, no microwave oven & flat iron /board. good A/C. care taker turns off the A/C if left running.

Rooms are clean and tidy. They offer the basics and there is a water dispenser which is a plus. However we could not reach the front desk until our second day. Wifi passwords are not available in the rooms and when contacted via agoda they left me waiting for a reply. Overall I gotta say that location and cleanliness are great but staff needs to improve their service or at least fix the wifi issue which is a basic thing nowadays
