The online staff/admin were nice and responsive. The location is just a few minutes from emmachi station and bus stops. Very near izakayas and combinis. The room size is apt for 2 people too.
The bathroom is nice with hot water and a tub you can relax in after a day full of walking and exploring.
Some things to improve on would be; maybe upgrade the airconditioning bec it's old and noisy. The room also has a smell that maybe needs more sunlight. The mini fridge beside the beds has molds and is not so cold.
If you book months ahead it might be more worth it due to lower rates maybe.
The heavy footsteps from the room upstairs is a bit of a bother, so if you're staying upstairs please be mindful of your footsteps. The guests above my room seems to be jumping and stomping on the floor. The staff already informed them but the problem still persisted.
Hoping there could be laundry area.
The stay wa good but with few improvements. Still worth staying. 🫶

Entry door dirty , floor has same dirt for last 2 days, room materace extremely soft ,hard to sleep ,dirty materace with lots of stains , bed sheet clean but when you see box under with dirt ,yellow stain how can you enjoy, no table or shelves to put anything in the room which is not small, no chair to seat, no option to get tea in the room since kettle is not provided, there is one in the hallway very dirty and it need to be share between all rooms , no microwave anywhere if you want to heat up food ,fridge very old and dirty not keeping food cold .Room quite large for japan double room but i would choose hotel smaller room for better quality and cleaner facilities and staff on site to maintain

Check-in and check-out are easy. Toiletries are provided only as one-time, towels and bedsheets are not changed during my entire stay of 7 nights. Iron box with stand, kettle were useful. Only 1 Vaccum cleaner for 3 floors which did not work and there is no one to contact for replacement; we had to clean the dust in the room ourselves.
The room is cozy and the twin beds are too soft and uncomfortable to sleep or difficult to sit and get up at times.
