    Our stay at this property was unfortunately far from comfortable. We had booked two rooms for the first night and one for the next two nights. On arrival, the AC in both rooms was not working. Despite repeatedly informing the staff, no proper assistance was provided after 10 PM, and we had to spend the entire night in uncomfortable conditions with disturbed sleep. The next morning several staff members came to inspect the AC, but it never got fixed. We were eventually moved to another room with a working AC, but only after losing an entire night’s rest. Another disappointment was the breakfast. The listing shows a buffet, but in reality it is a fixed, one-dish-per-person system with very limited options and average taste. What was most concerning was the lack of basic hospitality — not once did anyone apologise for the inconvenience or show any sense of urgency to resolve the issue. The property has good aesthetics, but service and guest experience need serious improvement.
