1. They CHEAT you on Air Conditioning. Ac is available only from 8 in night to 8 in morning. During daytime you get no ac and it becomes extremely hot. WHEN ASKED they demanded 1000 Rs per head x 8 for daytime ac.. that too with only 2 times for 3 hours. 2. They have a policy of changing bedsheets only 7 days a week. So hygeine is an issue 3. During daytime they keep checking into rooms so you can't rest during daytimes. 5. Parking is in street only. They say parking is available but it's at your own risk and colony residents keep poking you everyday for parking in front of their home in street. 4. THE OWNER CONSIDERS HIMSELF GOD, so he feels anything he says is hotel policy and rule. The staff is powerless to help you and they whip you on everything with a rulebook. I literally had to surrender my stay and get out in middle due to owner's arrogant Attitude. He is a Arrogant Cheat and nobody gives any importance to customer's genuine requirements. I rate this 0.5 star only just because of this

For the money I've stayed at better dorms than this. They charge additional 100 for locker facility. They do not provide the usual lockers beneath the bunk beds like the most usual dorm stays. The restrooms were pretty decent. Definitely worth staying for a day or two.

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights during my time in Chennai. This place is really worth the price. The staff were nice and super helpful, and the place was clean - I mean everything: the bed, room, toilet and bathroom. There’s also an ATM on the ground floor, which makes it easy to withdraw cash. There’s a separate space in the bathroom area where you can change your clothes which is really convenient. They also provide free drinking water. If you go outside and turn right, you can find a place selling tea and snacks. It’s also a spot where auto drivers wait, so you can easily use it as your pickup point. To the left, there’s a small non-veg food shop that serves REALLY good mutton biryani and Chicken 65. It’s clean too. I’ve travelled to several countries, and I can honestly say that this is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed at as a backpacker. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this place.

I booked this hostel, but it was very disappointing. They don’t provide proper luggage lockers. Instead, they only have very small lockers that cost ₹50 extra, which was never mentioned online. How can guests trust leaving their luggage like this? If something goes missing, who will take responsibility? The owner was not helpful at all. They demanded ₹300 just for 2 hours of early check-in, even though I had already booked for ₹500 for the entire day. I had informed them in advance that my flight was at 7 AM the next morning, so I would be checking out early, well before the 12 PM checkout time, but they still refused to cooperate. Overall, I was very disappointed with the owner’s behavior.
