    Booked through Agoda and Paid in full. The Staff was not ready to accept that I paid in full and I had to login to agoda, my bank, Credit card, email confirmations etc. etc. and Spent more than an hour to show the Proof that I paid. Except that irritating experience, everything was Superb and Value for Money.

    Their booking service should be improved and updated when we personally call and book the room. We need to clarify and waste 15 min just to sort out for booking status. Rooms are short and TVwas not working as well as bathroom water taps were not working properly.
