    The stay was good overall but the booking problem caused by Agoda was very annoying. I booked a room from Agoda for 3 guests but after I paid the complete amount and booking was confirmed, I saw that the booking was done for 2 guests only. This caused a lot of confusion when we reached the lodge and with some difficulty we managed to convince the lodge to provide and extra mattress without any additional charge. The Agoda support was not helpful at all in this situation even when Agoda was the one causing that problem in the first place.
