Dear Team .
I recently stayed at your hotel for three days and wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience, which, unfortunately, was quite disappointing.
Firstly, I was surprised to find that your hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, and the breakfast options were very limited. The breakfast I received was just a normal dosa, a small shrea, and some fruit — definitely not enough for a single person. Additionally, there was no chilled water bottle available, and the room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been helpful.
I also faced issues with the cleanliness of my room. Upon check-in, I found that the room was not clean, with unclean hair present on the bed and around the area, which is quite unacceptable, especially since the property is new.
Based on this experience, I would rate my stay at a 1/10. If you plan to include breakfast in your offerings, I recommend it should be unlimited and with a variety of items, rather than a limited selection that feels more suited for small children.
Given my experience, I am unlikely to return and will not recommend your hotel to others. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve your services in the future.

The room was cozy and comfortable, but the rest of the stay was thoroughly ruined by relentless, intrusive micromanagement.
After a tiring journey, reception repeatedly harassed us about a daytime visitor—insisting we book a separate room even after we clarified they were not staying overnight (a policy they never mentioned during check-in). To make matters worse, there was loud, disruptive noise from a Navratri event on the floor above late into the night. Check-out morning was just as frustrating, with multiple intrusive calls demanding updates on our departure. The constant follow-ups felt more like surveillance than hospitality. Would not recommend.
