This review is not to gain something from it but an honest opinion of our experience. Location - perfect , Road - Not so much Property - Exceptionally designed and maintained Cleanliness - Job well done from the staff but few dirty things are out of control. My only complaint will be linens, which were extremely dirty. Well I suppose all hotel linens are. Food - Ala Carte is good. Breakfast buffet - Decent Pet friendly - Partially (not allowed in restaurant or play area) Where does one Eat or enjoy? And lastly The Staff - everytime the words out of their mouth is - this will be paid, this will be chargeable and during checkout extremely poor behaviour and handling of the situation. As we were with 2 dogs we needed extra time and had requested and confirmed the same before booking. But right after 11am every 5-7 mins someone has either called or rang the bell till 1pm. Namely - this particular girl named Preetha Roy was extremely rude at the reception. Rest names did not ask. Will not deny some staff were very jolly and hospitable in nature. If I am paying 30-40K for 2 nights of stay (I don’t think payments is what I want to hear first. That should be informed but should be secondary)

Electricity was coming and going. Room cooling was not proper and enough
