    😡 I'm really disappointed with my recent booking experience. When I booked online, it didn't mention the check-out time, and in next morning they saying it's 08:30 am, just 12 hours from check-in. But when I asked, they said offline bookings have a 24-hour check-out. Also, the offline rate is ₹1600 vs ₹1485 online - wasn't disclosed at check-in. Feels like there's a lack of transparency. They intentionally kept it hidden so that you have to pay extra payment So don't do online booking be alert!
