    When I visited the hotel, the receptionist initially denied our booking. He said it was not “Via Vibe” and claimed that it was an eye centre, not a hotel. He asked me to make fresh bookings and payments. They did not have any computer or register to track online registrations. Despite arriving at the location, the receptionist insisted it was not the same hotel. For around two hours, my family and I, along with our heavy luggage, searched the area to find the hotel. As Google Maps and other apps showed this location as Via Vibe, we went back to the same place, and then another staff member confirmed that it was indeed the Via Vibe hotel. Only then were we able to check in. Another issue was the lack of basic facilities. The room had no keys, and the washroom had broken taps, allowing only hot or cold water but not both simultaneously. The water drainage pipe was also blocked. We stayed there for two days, during which my father had to repair these issues himself to make the room bearable, since we had already paid online before reaching the hotel.

    Hotel room was not clean , even bedsheet are very dirty also blanket was very dirty and cocroch are came out from bed and roming in bed , and hotel take 500 from extra charge !
