    There were rats in room ; they destroyed my belongings over night. Room walls were destroyed with water seepage so half of walls were destroyed with moisture seepage.

    For the 1st time in my life I say a hotel room being up for booking in your website which has no attached bathroom. This kind of property for booking was not expected from a brand website like yours. Absolutely disgusted to see that we were not given a room with attached bathroom. Why is such type of room is in your platform for booking

    As my family once in a year go for pilgrimage my trip to nepal was excellent. I booked three hotels with agoda in Janakpurdham, Kathmandu and in raxaul (India). My all hotels are situated around 2 minutes walking distance. Agoda provide excellent locations.
