Rooms are very dirty. In bathroom the window has no glass, any one can see you in washrooms for outside. Not recommended even for a cheap stay

I did an online paid booking and they asked for extra charge at the reception, I did not like this at all. There were no hidden charges in the online booking then what was this charge for
