The property looks nothing like the pictures. We booked the Santorini room and paid hefty amount for the private pool, but it was empty by the time we returned from sightseeing, and the response from the staff was unhelpful.They expect us to call some stranger at midnight to our room to fix it. The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including old towels, an unclean bathroom dustbin, and a toilet freshener tied to the AC to mask odors. There is no 24/7 kitchen, and families traveling with babies may find it difficult, as even basic requests like boiling milk were inconvenient. Room service ends at midnight, and getting water or food late at night is nearly impossible. Food provided as breakfast was average and most of the items will get over by 9 even though total number of people is the property is less than 20. Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid, and I would not recommend this property, especially for families with young children.
