    Geyser was not working inspite of informing not fixed so 2 days water was brought in buckets n given that too barely warm..cleaning not done

    Room is very different from pictures shown. I book a room and the check in time was 12 however we reached late around 3pm and the receptionist says that no rooms available now you were late and even we didn't receive any confirmation call from agoda. We were like I booked room for 2 days and we were late for 2 hours and they say books are full now. I mean this is totally unexpected. And when we argue with them then they said okay wait for 10 min one room is available now. I mean this is totally unsatisfied.

    Staff behaviour was good but Deluxe Room is very small in comparison to what is shown in the pictures, there is no regular room cleaning, staffs are very lazy and they even charge for basic water bottle.
