The staff, hotel location, the cafeteria and view from hotel all are superb and food is also much tastier. The only thing where they lack is toiletries. All staff members Siddhanth, Leena and Astha are polite friendly and cooperative. Also Aishu and Kapish have much soulful voice with full of melody

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Jibhi. The staff was incredibly hospitable, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jibhi. Overall it’s definitely worth checking out!

Stay Good location, but false information about the rooms. Rohit was helping to the extent he could. No power backup and most of the time there is no light due to low voltage. They did provide with candles though, which was very thoughtful but no ventilation and after sometime the room is filled with the smoke. Food Below average food. However, the pasta was really good, but thats all. They don't serve food in the room. Cleanliness Total no. Keep calling them but no one shows up for cleaning. Amenities No use as there is no power backup. Failed to provide with basic necessity i.e. towels after 1st day. Value for money Lack of basic amenities is not a value for money stay. Was not even able to provide hot water. Kettle was there in the room but cannot use because of low/fluctuating voltage. Rohit used to provide us with warm drinking water.
