    They showed Premium room with Sofa - but Given normal room . same room i have paid two Different amount . Room No 302- I have paid 13500 and Room no 307 i have paid 10320. but the Room are same. this is not worth the cost of the room. its normal room not for Premium. internet very worst in Hotel .

    Stayed here for 2 days. Pics are deceptive and rooms look bigger in photos, but are actually pretty small. Even the front desk agreed that pics are deceptive and was casual about it. We had a infant with us and even after selecting single large bed, they gave us room with 2 separate beds which caused inconvenience. Toiletries were not provides as promised on their booking. Even after asking the staff for that, they did not provide those till we were there. Bathroom had smell coming from kitchen which was probably right beneath it. Room floor never felt clean and always felt it had some dust. Overall, it was not worth the money. Only good things were vicinity to the market and food was good.

    Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was 5 out of 5. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room service was excellent, always quick and very helpful. A special mention to Sheetal, the receptionist, who was extremely polite, welcoming, and supportive throughout our stay. She made the check-in and overall experience even better with her warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and I would love to visit again!

    Hit water was coming from basin and no water through shower but it was fixed after like 3hrs. Poor view from room.
