    It’s a beautiful and aesthetically designed property with lovely interiors and an amazing view from the balcony. The room was cozy and had some very unique design elements, the use of tree bark in the interiors was especially impressive and gave the space a lot of character. The washroom was clean and well-maintained, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The location of the property is another major highlight. It is close to Ivy Cottage, the home of Ruskin Bond, and there is a direct road to Char Dukan, which is just around 500 metres away. The complimentary breakfast provided to us was quite average. We also found the food at the property to be quite expensive, so we chose not to order anything apart from breakfast. We also struggled a bit with the TV. It was a local-brand smart TV with rather poor and laggy software, which made accessing and using OTT apps quite difficult. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, especially for its unique interiors, cozy rooms, beautiful views, and excellent location.

    When we checked in the blankets were dirty and stains were present, when we requested them to change, they said they can’t do it as they don’t have an extra blanket. Moreover, early in the morning we found scorpion just beside our bed. That was too scary, Imagine if it would have bite us in the night!!!

    Location is good view is nice. But overall property not worthy. I had booked one room and the room is stinking bad smell of bathroom. Bedsheets aren't clean.
