    We had a very disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. We had booked two rooms well in advance (around 18:30), yet when we checked in late at 23:30 after a long day of driving, basic arrangements were not in place. In one of the rooms, the bed didn’t even have a blanket or quilt. The ones kept in the cupboard were dirty, smelly, and had visible stains (including lipstick marks), which is completely unacceptable in any standard of hospitality. To make matters worse, even the towels provided in the room were full of stains, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, the geyser in one of the rooms was not functioning. After multiple complaints, we were told to wait for over an hour late at night. Eventually, the manager offered to shift us to another room the next morning—but that made no sense, as we would only have had about two hours before checkout after settling in again. This was highly inconvenient and poorly handled. After an exhausting day, all I needed was a hot shower and proper rest, but due to these issues, I ended up going to bed around 1:30 AM. To make matters worse, there was a yoga session scheduled right outside our cottage at 7:30 AM, and we were not informed about it beforehand. The loud noise disrupted our sleep, leaving us irritated and unrested for the next day of travel. We couldn’t even get a basic 7 hours of sleep. Overall, the stay failed to meet even the most basic expectations—clean bedding, functioning amenities, and a peaceful environment. It really makes you question the point of booking a room when such fundamental necessities are not provided. Would not recommend this place based on our experience.
