    Wonderful experience at the hotel stayed here for almost 4 days had great time and the food in the restaurant is good aswell. FO manager mr Ankith was really helpful during the complete stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a budget friendly luxury stay

    From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The check-in was seamless, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel at home. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless—every little detail shows the hotel’s commitment to comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking. What stood out the most was the hospitality—the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, anticipating needs before I even asked. The food was another highlight: fresh, flavorful, and with an impressive variety that caters to every taste. The amenities—the well-maintained pool added so much value to my stay. Every corner of the property reflects elegance and attention to detail. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and personalized service. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

    The only positive aspect of this property is that the rooms are spacious enough for a family of four. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. When we checked in, the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and had clearly not been changed after the previous guest. Housekeeping was unprofessional and seemed poorly trained. The rooms are not soundproof, so constant aircraft noise and barking dogs made it difficult to sleep. I had booked for 3 nights, but on the second day while I was out, the staff banged on the door asking my children to vacate. My kids don’t speak Hindi and could not explain the situation, while the staff couldn’t communicate in English. I tried calling 8 times on two different numbers provided by the facility, but no one answered. I had to rush back in person to show my Agoda booking confirmation before they admitted their mistake and apologized. On the second night, we were extremely tired and wanted to rest early, but a loud wedding anniversary function was held in the open area with heavy music, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. Except for the spacious rooms, everything else — cleanliness, professionalism, communication, and comfort — fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this property.
