    Stayed 2 nights. On arrival at the hotel, I had to pay my accommodation, they don't take international cards so had to pay cash which I didn't have on me, this is not a good service to international travellers staying at their hotel, however the staff were accommodating and I was able to pay the next day. Staff were friendly enough. Breakfast and location was ok. The room, well the room. Hardly any toilet paper on the roll left and no spare, No bathmat or hand towel was provided in the room. Had issues with the safe not working, but staff were quick to assist with the safe issue. The pillows were like the size of children's pillows, bed was ok but just didnt feel clean. When room was cleaned the next day, no toilet paper was provided nor hand towel which i had requested and bed was not touched nor was the room cleaned. The room didn't feel clean... even the corridors on the level we stayed on were not vacumed, they looked filthy. I would definitely not stay here again.

    We had booked family room premium, the rooms was as described on the website and as seen on photos. Courteous staff. Only draw back they did not allow late check out
