    Rooms were clean. Staff was also very cooperative. 400m walking distance from Nagaon beach. The food was also good.

    We had a horrible experience at hotel. When we reached at 2:45 pm, the manager told us the room wasnt ready and will be cleaned by 5. I had to remind him that check in was at 1. While the room was being cleaned and floors were wet, he asked us to keep the luggage in the room. The staff were incompetent. Meanwhile, some other customers were complaining and fighting, because food was being served late. It is really unfortunate that they are not managing this property well. The place is in the centre, about 350 m to beach with spacious rooms. The curtains and bed linen were dirty. There were no towels or coffee sachets provided. I had to call them multiple times to fix the A.C., since the remote was damaged. Overall, it wasnt a pleasant experience. The manger is trying his best to run the show with incompetent staff.
