    Everything was good except the toiletries were not provided, only shower gel was provided which was also not good quality. Electric kettle was provided on call Room was super clean and very big as shown on pictures, Swimming pool was not clean as there were flies and small bug all over the pool

    Lonavala is a hill station. People go there for relaxing. Once we entered our room which your deluxe room on ground floor. I requested the hotel staff to give me on the 1st floor. He said there is 1 empty but it would be 1000 Rs/- extra. When I went up it was the same room just 1 level up and when I asked the difference between both, staff said from up it’s mountain view and from down it’s pool view. Even though both the rooms had same view. 🤣🤣 Another thing that the rooms walls are very thin and It’s just a wooden plank dividing 2 rooms as u can see in the image. That wall also does not touch the ceiling completely. I could not sleep the whole night because I could hear my neighbors snoring so bad and also could hear their whole conversations. Would not recommend anyone to stay there after paying 4.8k.
