    This is close to airport. Better than those in the aerocity.

    Bathroom didnt have hot water, the room smelled, no extra towels were provided, the phone in the room didnt work, there was a huge wooden piece broken from the floor and the baby hurt himself trying to grab the sharp end, elevator is scary and small. Morning breakfast was great. There are better options out there, this is definitely not worth the money.

    Untrained staff. No mobile network coverage, WI-FI connection will make you feel the times of 1990z. Food taste was OK but takes hell lot of time. Simple lachha parantha took 45 minutes to be delivered. No windows in the room. No Fan is there. Electricity cuts are very common. Food for small kids is a big task , make them eat outside if one ever wish to visit thr. Sorry Hotel management BUT This is a bitter truth.

    The service was not at all worth. We could not reach the reception through phone. Whenever we tried to call for any kind of issue the phone got hung up. We literally had to ask them so many times to clean the room. Moreover the air conditioning also was not fine for some time. We had to ask them again and to fix the issue. Probably the hotel had so many events going on simultaneously that was the reason for the poor service. Had it not been for the events may be it would have been better. Food was fine. But service was not at all upto the mark for stay at this price!!!
