    Best part is sab visiting places nearby . Hawamahal sirf 900meter ke distance pe tha . Govind dev ji temple sirf 5minutes ke walking distance pe hai . Staff bahot supportive tha .

    The hotel room was not in good condition, and basic amenities like slippers were not provided. Although they charged extra for an extra bed, they provided only a mattress. The room was overpriced, especially when the hotel itself offers deluxe rooms for ₹1,200, while Agoda charged significantly more. I later found another hotel at a similar price that was far better in terms of room condition and overall value for money. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    I recently stayed at Hotel Govindam Royal for 2 nights with my family, including my 6-year-old child, and it was a terrible experience. ​First, the room was incredibly small and looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It is absolutely not worth the price they are charging. Cleanliness was completely ignored—the bed, bedspread, and bedsheets were covered in dirty stains. I had to follow up multiple times to get this addressed, and the staff didn't care at all. I eventually had to get into an argument with them just to get basic service. The caretaker was the worst and never once answered the intercom when we tried to reach the reception. ​The most alarming issue, however, was the safety hazard in the bathroom. The geyser was not working and was left open, , but the management showed zero care or urgency to fix it. ​They clearly do not care about customer service or guest safety. I strongly advise against staying here, especially if you are traveling with a family.
