    I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The service was smooth, and I felt comfortable and safe during my visit. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I’m happy with my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again. 😊

    It must have been a good hotel in the past . Guest are mostly those who come for a nice time... mostly for liquor. Food is terrible and even if you are a resident guest you pay for anything you order...it's not billed..The hotel seems to short on staff. Agoda claims that it's newly renovated ....absolute lie... TVs in the hotel are non functional , no provision for cold water...if you call the reception they will politely send a used plastic bottle with cold water from the cooler

    Nice accommodation and overall a good stay. However, the guest/booking policy needs to be communicated more clearly. I booked the accommodation for **1 adult and 1 child (12 years old), which clearly means there are 2 guests. However, at the time of check-out, the staff informed me that the booking should have been made for 2 guests and asked for an additional charge. This kind of information should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking, not communicated at checkout with an extra charge. It would be better if the guest count and child-age policy were clearly explained during the booking process. Overall, the accommodation was good, but this experience could definitely be improved.
