    Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good.

    I visited Kainchi Dham in the first half of September and stayed at Kainchi Retreat for two days. It was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and offers an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Located around 1.5 km from Neem Karoli Baba Mandir, it is an extremely peaceful place to stay. Sitting on the balcony, watching the mountains and listening to the refreshing sound of the river flowing nearby was one of the highlights of my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel has an in-house restaurant serving really good food. I especially loved their mushroom masala — honestly, one of the best I have had! What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. On my last day, I had to catch a train from Kathgodam. Due to heavy traffic around Kainchi, it seemed almost impossible to reach the railway station on time. That’s when Sohan Bisht ji, one of the staff members came to my rescue and offered to drop me on his two-wheeler. It was genuinely a lifesaver and something I will always remember. Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Kainchi Retreat. The peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, good food and, most importantly, the warm and helpful staff made my visit truly memorable. Highly recommended if you are visiting Kainchi Dham and looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. 🙏

    Don’t book studio room, very small room not fitting for 2 people. Bad smell is coming from bathroom. Bed covers pillow covers not washed. Food is not good. Previous day food they are serving. They charged more price for food. Receptionist not good. No parking. No lift. Very worst
