    Before booking the room we have selected for the provided amenities by the resort and we have selected Honeymoon theme it was not arranged by the resort management and worst experience due to the surroundings of the resort because there are many insects in the whole resort infact in the bathroom also Not recommended 👎

    Everything was very good and well, the food quantity was very much good, and when we went out during night time, there was no street lights , out of the campus, so please make sure there is enough lightings outside of the campus, other than that we loved , good ambience, environment was good, good staffs, extraordinary service of all staffs.It would be nice if you give one full day meals combo , included in the booking. Rest all , it was a awesome experience coming there.

    I stayed at this resort for 2 nights in a studio room. While the resort's infrastructure is good and the swimming pool is well maintained, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The room did not have a fan, and the AC was not working for the first hour after check-in. Even after informing the staff, there was a delay in response and assistance. Additionally, there was a lack of proper guidance regarding the resort facilities, and some staff members were not aware of the contact numbers for different services. The booking mentioned complimentary water and free Wi-Fi. However, only two 500 ml water bottles were provided per day, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable and did not work most of the time. The food was tasty, but the prices were slightly on the higher side. Considering the room rate of nearly ₹3,000 per night, I expected better service and customer facilities. With improvements in staff responsiveness and basic amenities, the overall guest experience could be much better.
