    We had booked this resort laat minute through agoda as it was showing Only last 3 rooms available.We though the resort will be House full but to our surprise it was just our family in the resort.when asked over reception they just said we dont entertain online bookings as it doesnt work out for them! It was really shocking to get that reply.Next came another shock regarding the rules, Pool timings only 11 AM to 5 PM, we requested them for estra time but they never listened, ,we checked in at 4 and we got just 1 hour time in pool! Though there was BOX CRICKET provision but even that is supposed to be closed..Theee ia a Water Park as wwll but that too has a strange rule, its open onlg when a group of 10 or more requesf and that too on extra payment. We went backbto our rooms disappointed, Though rooms were good there were frquent power cuts ans no backup power! No wifi as well. The staff didnt reapond for the complaint of wif connectivityi as well. So neither we could use pqol nor play nor could enjoy in the rooms! Our entire stay was spoiled. Next day morning also they dont allow us to use pool even after many requests! Since we were the only guests in that resort we didnt get complimentary breakfast as mentioned in the portal bedore booking.Never book this resorr with online portals, its just for Corporate bookings and marriages.they are least bothered about small guests! Be prepared to spoil your Holiday if you book this resorf!

    Before booking the room we have selected for the provided amenities by the resort and we have selected Honeymoon theme it was not arranged by the resort management and worst experience due to the surroundings of the resort because there are many insects in the whole resort infact in the bathroom also Not recommended 👎

    I stayed at this resort for 2 nights in a studio room. While the resort's infrastructure is good and the swimming pool is well maintained, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The room did not have a fan, and the AC was not working for the first hour after check-in. Even after informing the staff, there was a delay in response and assistance. Additionally, there was a lack of proper guidance regarding the resort facilities, and some staff members were not aware of the contact numbers for different services. The booking mentioned complimentary water and free Wi-Fi. However, only two 500 ml water bottles were provided per day, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable and did not work most of the time. The food was tasty, but the prices were slightly on the higher side. Considering the room rate of nearly ₹3,000 per night, I expected better service and customer facilities. With improvements in staff responsiveness and basic amenities, the overall guest experience could be much better.
