The location was perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout, and the overall value for money made this a highly recommended choice.

⭐ 1/5 If freedom of movement, basic amenities and respectful treatment matter to you, think twice before staying here. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We simply wanted to step outside to buy food after 12:00 a.m., but were unable to do so because the premises had been locked. Being effectively confined to your accommodation at night without a reasonable option to access basic necessities is something guests should be clearly informed about before booking. The issues did not end there. We also struggled with access to water, there was no proper housekeeping during our stay, and the overall experience felt far below what any paying guest should reasonably expect. What made the experience even worse was the behaviour of the manager. In our experience, she was extremely rude and used inappropriate and offensive language while speaking to guests. Basic hospitality and respect were completely missing. The property also gave us a deeply uncomfortable impression because of the controversial political atmosphere and imagery associated with the place. Some aspects raised serious concerns for us personally, particularly references that appeared to glorify individuals or events connected with a highly controversial period in Indian history. I would strongly recommend that other guests research the property and its background independently before deciding to stay. **The biggest disappointment is the feeling of losing your basic freedom as a guest.** If you stay here, be prepared for strict restrictions, difficulties with basic amenities, and an environment where you may not feel comfortable or welcome. 1 star. Our experience was unacceptable, and we would not choose to stay here again.
