It was a honeymoon special stay and we had the most wonderful stay at Taj. Beginning with the hospitality to the amazing food, it was indeed a very memorable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Service fell well below expectations for a Taj property. We arrived very early in the morning due to a flight delay, and despite being a family of four, the room was stocked with only two towels. After five phone calls and a visit to the front desk, it took nearly two hours to receive additional towels, which is unacceptable. We also requested assistance from the concierge to arrange an outstation cab. He assured us he would follow up, but we never heard back and had to make arrangements ourselves online. Given the number of staff present, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through was disappointing. However, the property does have its positives: the buffet food options were good, the pool was enjoyable, and the room offered a great view.
