Twin Tree - Mountain Resort

We had visited recently to this hotel. During booking, first page showed AC Rooms, but after reaching there we found out that all the 8 rooms are non-AC. So, Agoda team promised some refund from their end because of the AC issue, as the owner refused any refund from his end. It mentions it's a resort. But it has no open space, no pool, no activity area, no games room, Parking space can fit just 6 cars with difficulty, it only has rooms to stay, so can't be called a resort. It's a stand-alone hotel with 8 rooms, so during booking it always shows, "Few rooms left". Rooms are Non-AC, but enough for a couple, But for a walk in the evening, you have to go to the nearby road, which of course is not possible after it's dark. Other than one main light, all other lights will be off after dinner. Managed by 3 people, the manager/owner, a cook & one service guy, it's more like a homestay kind-of arrangement rather than a Hotel or resort, limited breakfast option as breakfast is not buffet, just 4 tables at the dining area, we didn't opt for lunch, for dinner, a dinner-menu will be shared on whatsapp & you have to place dinner order by 3PM. Over-all, a bit pricy compared to a stand-alone-Non-ac hotel, but, if you have no kids, and don't need to come out of the hotel for a evening walk or any activity or u need a hotel for night-stay, u can visit

Value for money, clean room and bathroom,

Neat stay with basic facilities. Stayed here for 3 nights on the first floor of pipal block, the sit out area has a great view and is suitable for lounging. Menu was limited but food was great. Service was also commendable.

decent home stay with a small garden. Some green views of tea garden across but not direct. Food was tasty. Good hosts. Rooms were spacious and little old with standard amenities.
