Dimora Lorusso - Cozy apartment near the Castle

Our stay at Dimora Lorusso exceeded our expectations. The apartment is renovated and very clean. Bathroom is extremely clean and nice; could not expect more than that. Vito, the owner, was waiting for us at the property to give us the keys for the outside door and to introduce us to the property. He was also available for the check out. He was available by phone if something was needed. Angelo, who is managing the property, was also available by phone not only for the property but if you had questions about destinations and places to see. What you need to know about the property. It is right near the historic center. But this is actually better if you are with a car since you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT park in the historic center. Here, we have no problem with parking in front of the property. For 7 nights, we have always found parking in front or near the apartment. Parking on the street is FREE. The apartment itself is in a recently renovated building top to bottom and the unit itself is renovated. Full kitchen where we had coffee and breakfast but honestly we barely used it for breakfast and coffee since we enjoyed eating out and since we usually came back late only to take shower and sleep. Bathroom is perfect. The living room/kitchen is more than we needed for such a stay. It has a small couch and a table for 4. It is very light and has a nice balcony. One thing to be noted is that the rooms are inner rooms, meaning that the bedroom has a window to the living room. BUT this is absolutely nothing to worry about since you only go to sleep there for 8 hours and you are out again. You are not going to live there after all. The best thing is that it is modern and clean and had all the amenities we ever needed. The supermarket is down the street. There is a cafe that opens at 7:00 or even earlier right next to the school. We stayed for 7 nights and traveled around the region. This apartment was all we needed for our stay. I highly recommend it if you stay in Conversano.

Apartament jest swietnie wyposazony, przestronny, wygodny dla rodziny. Posiada podstawowe srodki czystosci kuchenne i lazienkowe, przyprawy, oliwe! Czesc mebli jest nowa, a czesc uzywana, ale w dobrym stanie. Apartament Znajduje sie w idealnej lokalizacji, blisko centrum starego miasta Conversano, 50m od pralni samoobslugowej, 100m od najblizszego sklepu, 200m od najblizszsj kawiarni i baru z przekaskami. Samo Conversano jest przeuroczym miasteczkiem, ale takze swietna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Apulii. Wlasciciel, Pan Angelo, oraz opiekun, Pan Vito, sa wspanialymi ludzmi! Odpowiadali na nasze potrzeby, poczestowali nas swoimi owocami i warzywami, dostalismy nawet lody dla dzieci😀 podpowiadali nam gdzie warto zjesc, jechac, co zwiedzic, troszczyli sie o nasz komfort przez cale wakacje.

Nie bylo takiej rzeczy

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do Poligniano a Mare i Monopoli i plaż znajdujących się w pobliżu tych miast. Fantastyczna baza wypadowa do innych miast Apulii, zwłaszcza do Alberobello i Matery. Prawdziwe włoskie dolce vita. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Udzielił nam cennych wskazówek dotyczących restauracji w Conversano.

Wszystko było fantastyczne.
