Large modern appartmen with spacious bathroom and great terace

Upon arrival at the apartment, we were greeted by the friendly owner. She briefly showed us where everything was in the apartment and explained where and how we should leave the key after we left the apartment. The apartment is spacious, has a bedroom with a large bed for two which is big enough, but the mattress could definitely be better (better quality, different) we are sure that replacing it will greatly improve the guests' experience. The bathroom is large, clean and modern and has everything you need. The living room is spacious, in the living room there is also a sofa bed for two people which is very comfortable (better mattress than in the bedroom) :) In the living room there is also a small kitchen with a Lavazza kettle for water/coffee/tea. In addition, there is a spacious terrace on which it would be good to have more than two chairs. The apartment is pleasantly air-conditioned, everything is close to us from attractions in the area and the quality, the offer corresponds to the price of the rent we paid. If we are in this region again, we are sure that we will choose this apartment again.

It was so nice apartment, in a new building, also so clean, so nice place to stay with my family, close to the center of verona. Easy to park the car. I will reapeat as soon as I can, great experience. Recomendable.

Soggiorno perfetto

Soggiorno perfetto: appartamento nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort per potersi sentire a casa. Ho apprezzato che in cucina ci fosse tutto il necessario per poter preparare da mangiare. È presente un parcheggio sotto casa e l'ascensore per poter salire comodamente con i bagagli. Michela e suo marito sono stati fin da subito gentili e disponibili. Alla prossima!

Ottima struttura per soggiornare qualche giorno

Appartamento nuovo, ben arredato, ottima qualità e completo di qualsiasi attrezzatura utile per il soggiorno! Macchina del caffè, tostapane, lavastoviglie, piano a induzione, bagno enorme, camera enorme, ottimo condominio.

Solamente l’assenza di collegamento con il centro città se non automuniti ma che non dipende dalla struttura o dall’host che tra l’altro ha trovato una soluzione con NCC. Trasporto pubblico molto scarso!

Lo consiglio!

Molto pulito accogliente e nonostante le finestre siano lato strada davvero poco rumoroso. Lo consiglio, abbiamo alloggiato per un paio di notti con nostra figlia di 5 anni e ci siamo trovati bene. La doccia é molto ampia, camera matrimoniale con un armadio molto grande finestre grandi e un bel terrazzo dove abbiamo potuto cenare comodamente. É presente anche l'ascensore essendo al primo piano, quindi super comodo! Vicino ci sono diversi servizi quindi la posizione é ottima. La Signora Michela che ci ha accolto é stata molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio!

Appartamento nuovo, pulito con tutti i confort. Ottima esperienza. Veramente bellissimo. Terrazzo enorme e parcheggio sotto casa.

O locatie foarte foarte frumoasa, curata, cu o terasa foarte mare si parcare gratuita in fata. Locatie linistita si spatioasa. Totul este nou. Miros placut in apartament. Bucatarie complet utilata, dulapuri foarte mari pt depozitare in camera. Baia spatioasa cu tot ce este necesar. Aprope de lacul Garda la 20 min cu masina. Jaluzele electrice la toate geamurile si usile spre exterior. Aer conditionat in fiecare camera. Camera pt bagaje (camara) Am fost asteptati in frigider cu apa rece.

Sve nam se svidjelo! Domaćini su susretljivi, ljubazni, dali su nam sve informacije koje smo tražili. Stan je fantastičan! Predivan.. Čist i uredan. U stanu ima sve što je potrebno i više od toga.

Nema toga što je moglo biti bolje jer je sve bilo savršeno.
