Very well designed and appointed apartment. Centrally located close to the tourist sites.

BUT … The apartment is in a very gritty neighbourhood. The surrounding streets are absolutely filthy and very smelly (constant smell outdoors of wee and weed). Lots of homeless people hanging around the property and the area is full of boarded up properties covered in graffiti. Witnessed drug deals taking place in nearby streets. Hollywood is worth a look but the city administration has obviously long given up trying to maintain this area - there is rubbish absolutely everywhere so recommend staying elsewhere and hopping on a tourist bus to visit. When we arrived in LA we asked host if we could check in an hour early to leave our bags in the apartment, park the car there and go for a walk. The response was that the property was ready but it would be an extra $100 for the early check in. We said a bit too steep for us, would it be possible to just park the car there an hour early and check in as normal ?… response no that would constitute an early check in and the $100 fee! Host was very terse in text communications and displayed no attempt at any goodwill and no desire to assist guests.

Its a good option , new building as well, underground parking its a big advantage if you have a car

Location its a bit “the hood” specially in the night

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient—within walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The unit itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a separate bedroom, a kitchen, and laundry facilities. All necessary supplies were provided, which made the stay convenient. Free on site parking was provided.

The reason for giving fewer stars is mainly due to the check-in and check-out experience. Clear instructions for curbside parking during check-in would have been very helpful. We ended up waiting near the garage gate, unintentionally blocking others, until someone else opened the gate and we were able to get in. Check-out was also a bit inconvenient, as the garage clicker needed to be left in the kitchen. This required us to move the car to paid street parking and then come back upstairs just to return the clicker. Lastly, the checkout instructions were sent to me after I had already left the property. I had proactively messaged the previous night asking for instructions regarding laundry, the dishwasher, and checkout. Because of this delay, I had to return to the property to take care of the trash. None of these issues were major on their own, but clearer and more timely communication would have made the check-in and check-out process much smoother.

Die Lage war super zentral. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Problemloses einchecken zu jeder Zeit möglich durch selbst check in.
