    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room I received looked nothing like the images shown online. It was dusty, dirty, and had a constant stinky smell. Even after asking the staff to clean the room, they only did a superficial job. The blankets and bedsheets had holes in them, which was extremely unhygienic. There was no facility for breakfast, lunch, or dinner—not even tea. You also have to carry your own luggage from the auto-rickshaw because the staff is not cooperative and refuses to help with pick-up or drop-off of bags. They also don’t provide drinking water to the room; you have to go downstairs every time to get it yourself. Overall, the service was terrible, the room conditions were unacceptable, and the staff was unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
