﷽ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُه يسعدني أن أرفع لكم خالص الشكر والتقدير، ممثلاً في تقييمي الشخصي لتجربتي في منتجع الصفوة نيو كايرو، والذي كان بحق محطة متميزة في برنامجنا السياحي. بدايةً، لا يمكنني إلا أن أشيد بحسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة الذي لمسناه منذ اللحظة الأولى، حيث كان طاقم العمل على قدر عالٍ من الاحترافية والذوق الرفيع. ولمسنا الشفافية التامة في جميع التعاملات، سواء في الحجز أو الإقامة أو الخدمات الإضافية، دون أي غموض أو مفاجآت، وهذا ما يمنح الضيوف راحة نفسية كبيرة. ما زاد من روعة التجربة هو جمال المكان نفسه؛ فالمنتجع يقع في قلب التجمع الخامس بالقاهرة الجديدة، في موقع هادئ بعيداً عن صخب المدينة، مع حدائق غناء فيها الخضرة ومسطحات مياه المسبح الكبير جداً مما لطف الأجواء الصيفية إلى متعة متكاملة تناسب العائلات، من مسبح خارجي، ونادٍ رياضي، وجاكوزي، وساونا، وغرف ألعاب. إنه بالفعل مكان يستحق الإعجاب سواءً للزيارة او الاقامة المتكررة. ولكنني هنا، أخص بالذكر بعض الأسماء البيضاء التي أضاءت تجربتي بحسن تعاملها وإخلاصها في العمل، وهم: [الاستاذة تماهين رضا عبدالمنعم والاستاذة سعاد حسن حسين والأستاذ علاء محمد حسن والأستاذ عيد صبيح]، الذين كانوا نموذجاً في التفاني وحسن التوجيه، ولم يبخلوا بأي جهد لراحتنا، مقدّمين خدمة راقية بقلوب مصرية صافية. إن ما قدّمتموه ليس مجرد خدمات، بل هو رسالة سياحية مصرية راقية نفتخر بها. لقد أثبتم أن النجاح الحقيقي يكمن في الإخلاص وحسن المعاملة. لكم مني جزيل الشكر، و فائق التقدير، وأوصي بشدة بالتعامل مع هذا المنتجع الراقي. وفقكم الله وسدد خطاكم. It is my pleasure to extend my sincere thanks to El Safwa Resort, drawing on my personal experience at the New Cairo area, which was truly a distinguished stop on our travel itinerary. First and foremost, I must commend the warm welcome and generous hospitality we experienced from the very first moment. The hospitality staff operated with utmost excellence, professionalism, and refined taste. We encountered a seamless experience in all our interactions, whether in registration, accommodation, or additional services, without any ambiguity or surprises, which provided us with great peace of mind. What further enhanced the experience was the beauty of the resort itself. Located in the heart of New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, in a tranquil setting away from the city's hustle and bustle, the resort boasts lush gardens, expansive water features, and ample opportunities for relaxation throughout the summer. We were given the freedom to enjoy various amenities, including swimming, a gym, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and games. It is truly a place worthy of admiration, whether for short or long term stay. However, I would like to specifically mention a few outstanding individuals who enriched my experience with their excellent cooperation and dedication: [Ms. Tamahin Reda Abdel Moneim, Ms. Souad Hassan Hussein, Mr. Alaa Mohamed Hassan, and Mr. Eid Sobieh ]. They were exemplary in their devotion and guidance, sparing no effort to ensure our comfort, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service with genuine Egyptian hospitality. What they accomplished was more than just service; it was a testament to the high standards of Egyptian tourism, something we are proud of. They have proven themselves to be true success through their dedication and exemplary conduct. I extend my deepest gratitude and highest praise to you all, and I highly recommend this elegant resort. Amazing stat

Courteous staff, Alaa was exceptional in hospitality and guest service. Great location with lots of new infrastructure and facilities walking distance.

I spent 3 days in a room full of dust. I asked at the reception for the room to be cleaned but they informed me that they clean the rooms only 2 times a week. Water is given only the first day. The remaining days, you have to bring your own bottles. The price was so expensive for the service provided (more than 120$ a day!).
