Perfect size and well equipped. Very comfy and clean. Unit was also right next to the lift so very easy access

There werent any check in instructions until i whatsapp-ed the host so i felt comms could be improved where they should either reach out first or at least advice for guests to reach out first to get check in instructions. The parking lot is confusing but manageable Water heater is not hot enough (turned it on to max heat but still felt it was less than half hot)

Easy to access

General clean and aircon fully functional. Provided basic necessities. Place is very close to highway and pretty strategic.

- The steel rack of the bathroom was not thoroughly clean as it still has a lot of rust - The shampoo provided was not enough, only left a small amount of shampoo (hair + body) - Parking Instructions were unclear as instructions are sent through Whatsapp. - Recommendation: Organise instructions in the form of PDF document instead of images, do not send unrelated information to guests (our unit is in Block B but we got instructions to Block B and C and there is no label on the images which got us confused and frustrated in the middle of the night)
