De ligging op de boulevard! Geen balkon maar wel openslaande deuren. Fijne douche , goed bed. Als je naar buiten liep gelijk op boulevard met allemaal restaurantjes. En toch ook redelijk rustig in het weekend gezellig druk.

The location is good the apartment is cool and clean, easy comunication. Good valie for money.

Parking can be an issue unless you want driving around to find a free space or expensive if you park in the parking place which is about 10min walk and 24 euros And its good for two people to be comfortable the living space wouldn't enough for 4. To sleep yes but not to have any sort of entertainment in the living space. It was good for us as it was only two of us

Ce que j’apprécie dans cet endroit, c’est la magnifique vue sur la mer, étant en première ligne de plage. C’est un appartement très cocoon, chaleureux, avec une très bonne énergie. On y ressent beaucoup d’amour, de paix et de joie. Il possède tout ce dont on a besoin et la taille est parfaite. L’accès via l’application a été très simple et fluide à tout moment.

Le seul petit inconvénient que nous avons rencontré n’a rien à voir avec l’appartement en soi, mais plutôt avec sa situation : il y a deux bars juste en dessous, qui sont assez bruyants, surtout le week-end. On entend les conversations et les rires jusque tard dans la nuit — ce n’est pas vraiment dérangeant, mais il faut simplement en être conscient. Un autre petit point à mentionner : le canapé devant la télévision est assez petit, seulement adapté pour deux personnes assises à la fois. Mis à part cela, l’appartement est vraiment charmant, confortable et doté d’une ambiance exceptionnelle.

Lage war super und die Betten bequem, das kleine Erste-Hilfe-Set mit Desinfektionsmittel und Pflaster im Badezimmer war auch sehr hilfreich. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. der Betreuungsfirma. Sehr gutes Internet, falls man z.B. auch nebenher online arbeiten muss.

Die Klimaanlage hat genervt, man konnte nur max. 2 Stunden Betrieb einstellen, dann musste man wieder neu starten. Ein paar Küchengeräte wie der Wasserkocher sollten auch getauscht werden, der funktioniert nicht richtig (schaltet sich nicht mehr von alleine aus - Verbrennungsgefahr) und der Toaster ist eine Antiquität. Das Sofa war eine Zumutung, reicht gerade mal für 2 Personen und ist sowas von durchgesessen und unbequem.... Zu zweit ist die Wohnung OK, zu viert wäre es wohl dann doch zu kleine (obwohl es genug Betten gibt).
