New construction, very modern/updated appliances and furniture. A lot of space. Good for groups. Beds are comfy. Beautiful location. About 10 min from the beach. Maybe a 15 min walk from a Walmart/Costco. 100% worth every penny.
There were a few dishes that were dirty in the cupboards.. the garage was locked (couldn’t use it). Neighbors car was always parked in the middle of the driveway. Was kinda hard to park 2 cars there throughout the day

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Westminster! The house is clean and feels brand new, as described in the listing. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland, just a short drive away, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The host was kind and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-located home base near Disneyland!
