Locatie într-o zona foarte linistita. Apartament pe 2 nivele. Parter : hol, bucatarie dotata cu absolut tot ce este nevoie, living cu TV smart, canapea extensibilă, toaleta/WC cu masina de spălat, ieșire în grădiniță și parc de joaca Etaj: baie cu cada, 2 camere, una cu pat matrimonial, una cu 2 paturi single. Parcare privata în fata intrarii, pe o alee foarte liniștită.
Atat salteaua cat și pernele sunt foarte moi, făcând dificila odihna. Totuși, asta depinde de preferințele fiecăruia.
