Cozy Retreat in Historic Indianapolis Neighborhood Close to Downtown

The location was great and the place was a cute duplex, lots of space for 2 moms and their teens to spread out, restaurants near by in a sweet old downtown neighborhood.

Not enough kitchen supplies and the beds were plasticky.

Appartement situé dans quartier populaire mais nous nous sentons rapidement en sécurité. Logement mitoyen et parking à disposition à l’arrière de l’appartement comme indiqué par le propriétaire. Bar de l’autre coté de la rue permettant de boire un verre le soir et même assez tard certains soirs (minuit) mais pas de nuisance. Supermarché à proximité à quelques minutes en voiture avec tout ce qu’il faut + magasin d’alcool au besoin à proximité du supermarché. Appartement à la hauteur des prestations annoncées : duplex avec petite terrasse au rez de chaussée, climatisation, salle de bain/toilettes à chaque étage, coin salon avec TV connectée, chambres et literie très satisfaisante… Manque quelques accessoires pour cuisiner (1 seule fourchette disponible dans la cuisine, passoire à pâtes absentes ???). Le reste est correct. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (3 nuitées).

Very clean and conveniently located

Property was in a favorable location to where we were traveling during the weekend.

Neighbors in the adjacent apartment had a child that was pretty loud. Especially in the early morning hours. A lot of stomping, crying and banging going on. It was pretty cold that weekend and we were not able to control the temperature. It stayed at a preset temperature. Needed more towels. Needed more blankets. Cold air coming from vents in the morning making it uncomfortable because we didn’t have extra blankets. There was a ‘rotten egg’ smell Saturday evening from what we surmised was stemming from next door.
