Renovated Studio in Downtown Stuart #5

The room was a pleasant space to come to after a day out. The bedding was comfortable, the AC was very effective at combating the Florida heat. The kitchen area includes a decently-sized sink, stove/oven combination, cutlery, plates, bowls, baking/cooking items like pans, and a full refrigerator. It was nice to be able to make real food instead of relying solely on microwaved goods. The bathroom was also well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. Parking was no issue, as well, and free, as advertised. The room is about a 5-10 minute walk to downtown and in a very walkable area of the city. Overall, pretty quiet area.

The only real drawback was the very thin construction of the building. You can hear every step the people above take as well as some of their conversation. It also didn't help that the residents were heavy-footed. I am sensitive to noise like this so was quite unfortunate. I would recommend either using the white noise machine provided on one of the night stands or bringing your own, along with earplugs.

Great location. Attentive friendly owners. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was beautiful and worked well.

Two reading chairs with a light would probably be more convenient/comfortable than the small sofa provided.

ALL WAS GOOD. Location, cleanliness, well equipped and fairly priced. The bed was super cozy.

Someone smoked near the room and i requested more towels at the end of the week stay, but the property manager never got back.
