Wonderful friendly service and the flat was exactly as advertised. Lovely and clean and with a bonus coffee, tea, milk and water waiting for us. Safe area and a HUGE entertainment area with a pool and a built in braai.

Nothing really - it was all perfect for what we needed.

Excellent Location: The property is in a lovely area, super close to local shops and restaurants. Security: It is a gated property, which felt safe and secure. Staff: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Kitchen Layout: The kitchen itself is a lovely space.

The property has so much potential, but several small issues and maintenance items need to be addressed to make it a truly comfortable stay: Kitchen & Appliance Issues: The oven was not clean, with visible food stains on the glass, and it smoked heavily when turned on due to built-up oil. Additionally, when I put the plug on to the oven and stove, one of the stove plates was already switched to "on" and left that way—my husband almost burned his hand before we noticed. The kitchen was also missing proper cleaning supplies (there was only a makeshift broom, but no dustpan, mop, or bucket). Mismatched Utensils & Crockery: The cutlery was a bit odd and incomplete (two massive, unusual tablespoons, one tiny teaspoon, four forks, and three knives). The scissors need replacing as they barely cut, the knives need sharpening, and there were only four medium-sized plates rather than standard dinner plates. Inaccurate Layout Description: This is not a true two-bedroom property. The second bed is located directly in the living room. While this might work fine for a single family, it completely compromises privacy if you are traveling as two couples. There is also a random door in the main bedroom that appears to connect directly to the main house. Comfort & Noise: The bed in the living room was very hard and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the floors sound hollow when you walk on them; with kids running up and down, I was constantly worried about how much noise was transferring to anyone nearby. The vinyl flooring is also lifting, tearing in places, and heavily scratched in the main bedroom. Safety & Maintenance Hazards: The bathmat in the shower does not stick to the floor, creating a major slipping hazard. The cupboard in the main bedroom is hanging off a single hinge, making it unusable and unsafe.
